Terms of Service / Conditions Générales de Vente et de Service

We source antiques, vintage furniture, and decorative objects directly from trusted dealers and markets in Europe. Our role is to connect you with the right pieces for your project.

  • Condition
    All items are sold as found. Signs of age, wear, and prior restoration are normal for antiques and form part of their character. Clients review photos, descriptions, or live approval before purchase.

  • Pricing & Fees
    The purchase price is the dealer’s price, plus our agreed sourcing commission. Shipping, insurance, and customs charges are billed separately and directly by the shipper.

  • Payment
    Merchandise and service invoices are due in full before shipment. Once confirmed with the dealer, purchases are final.

  • Shipping & Customs
    We can recommend trusted shippers to handle packing and transport. Once the item leaves the seller, responsibility for shipping charges, logistics, insurance, duties, taxes, and customs clearance rests with the client.

  • Returns
    All sales are final. No cancellations or refunds.

Shipping arrangements can be made on behalf of the client, using trusted third-party carriers. While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, La Sourcerie. is not liable for delays, damage, or loss once items have left France. We are not liable for additional costs arising during shipping or customs clearance.
